You have two choices available to complete the submission process to register your child. Completion of the required forms does not guarantee registration / acceptance.

All manual email submissions should be submitted to

info@greenlandrecreational.com.

Choose from (A) or (B) below.

A. Forms (PDF and e-mail)

Step One: Fill out our waitlist form (PDF) below.

Step Two: Submit the completed waitlist form (PDF) to GRASP in person or via email at info@greenlandrecreational.com.

Step Three: Wait for a response from GRASP to advise if space is available for your child.

Step Four: Fill out our enrollment form (PDF), parent manual (PDF) and the City of Toronto medical form (PDF) and submit to GRASP if you have been advised that a spot is available for your child.

B. Forms (Online)

New Forms submission process available (in testing!) The waitlist form, enrollment form and parent manual forms can now be completed online.

Step One: Fill out and submit our online waitlist form.

Step Two: Wait for a response from GRASP to advise if space is available for your child.

Step Three: Fill out our online enrollment form and parent manual and submit to GRASP if you have been advised a spot is available for your child.

Step Four: Send in a separate email to GRASP a copy of your child's immunization record (required for enrollment), along with the filled City of Toronto Medical Form (PDF) below.

Note: The online forms are currently in a state of beta testing. If there are any issues contact the administrator or use the PDF forms and email them manually.
